Savoy Concierge is the strata and body-corporate division of Colette et Louis. The concierge practice grew inside the parent staffing business for years before becoming its own specialist division in 2018.
We came to building staffing the long way around. Before Savoy Concierge existed as its own brand, Colette et Louis had been quietly running front-desk and caretaking shifts inside the buildings of our retail clients. Spinning the practice out in 2018 gave it the operational depth to scale — its own teams, its own induction, its own brief.
A good concierge is the first person a resident sees in the morning and the last one they pass at night. That role deserves the same care that goes into a maison opening.
