Service

Strata cleaning.

The common areas are where a building is judged. We clean them daily and on schedule — lobbies, lifts, gyms, pools, and amenity spaces — to the same standard as our retail and corporate teams, delivered through the Savoy Cleaning division and coordinated with the concierge brief.

What it includes

Common areas.

Lobbies, lifts, corridors, gyms, pools, mailrooms, and amenity spaces — the shared parts of the building that residents judge it by.

Daily and scheduled.

A daily clean for high-traffic areas and a scheduled programme for the rest, set to the building rather than a fixed template.

The same supervision.

Delivered to the standard of our retail and corporate teams, through the Savoy Cleaning division, with a supervisor checking the work.

Coordinated with the concierge brief.

When we also staff your desk, cleaning and concierge run to one brief — so the two work together rather than passing each other in the lobby.

Questions

Questions committees ask.

What areas do you clean?
Common property — lobbies, lifts, corridors, gyms, pools, mailrooms, and amenity spaces. We clean the shared parts of the building that residents and visitors see, to a consistent standard, rather than individual lots.
Daily or scheduled?
Both. High-traffic areas are cleaned daily, and the rest follow a scheduled programme set to the building. We scope the frequency to how the building is used rather than selling a fixed package.
Can one provider cover cleaning and concierge?
Yes. Strata cleaning is delivered through the Savoy Cleaning division and runs to the same brief as the concierge service, so one provider can cover both the desk and the cleaning — with shared supervision and a single point of contact for the committee.
Where do you operate?
Across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Perth, Adelaide, and Auckland, with coordination from a single point of contact for owners corporations running buildings in more than one city.
